Billing Problem

How can I reach billing with a billing problem? I've been double billed for the service for the last four months. The directions to use Apple messaging app are incomplete and there are no chat links on any pages.

In my experience the Customer Service (lack of) and billing department will not help you.  My advice, file a complaint with the FCC if you want anything resolved.  See link below.

Actually, not only was I able to finally reach billing, they refunded the double billed months. It's not easy to do business this way but after persevering, they made good on the problem.

Can you share how you were finally able to reach billing? Their chat isn't compatible w/Firefox.

I get the chat with Firefox (65.0.1) but to do so I have to disable "Block All Known Trackers" in the security settings.

Other settings might effect this as well, as always YMMV.

@beww357Thanks. Seems like a hassle. I'll just cancel my account online and be done with ATT lol. Appreciate the tip though!
