Thank you for reaching out! When did you apply for the military discount? It usually takes up to two to three billing cycles before it's reflected on your bill.
You can sign into your myAT&T account, either via the site or the app, and check on your discount. Check under under My bill>Wireless and look at a complete breakdown. The type of discount and the amount should show in green.

Even if you don’t see the discount on a bill yet, you should be able to see if the discount code has been applied by logging into your account and look at your account profile. If the discount code was applied, you should see some indication. For example, I see “US Air Force Member”.
