@QM2SSBTaylor I have no idea what you are complaining about other than being told by someone to “quit whining” which is quite obviously inappropriate. As noted above, we are other customers (and military veterans), so not our “peons”. If you care to explain your issue, we may be able to help. As for military discount on non wireless services, they did not exist until this year. It has not been possible to get a military discount on anything but cellular service until this year or maybe it was last year, whenever the Unlimited & More plans were introduced.

Well after over 7 months of being OVER billed on top of not receiving the
discount and being belittled for simply asking questions that o had every
right to ask and not once EVER given a answer that made any sort of sense
after I put that on the board within a half hour I received a call from a
very nice young lady named Heather she said she was presiuof something (and
I’m sure it wasn’t t ATT but of something in your organization and in
absolute amazement I listened as she corrected my wireless plan on under a
minute and then transferred me over to Uber’s where she stayed on the line
and instructed the individuals what she wanted done and would you believe
that took just a little over a minute so in less than three minutes one
person that does not even work for your billing department managed to fix
or resolve EVERY issue that I have been callin about every other day to get
fixed and absolutely no one could do I literally stopped writing the day
and times down after my 101st phone call to cuss service and my 14 th trip
to an Att stir and my 10th trip to an apple store. Which I might add
getting one of the employees at either store to either put there food down
or take there finger out of there nose or ear was almost all but impossible
and when you have to load up about 60 lbs of medical gear every time you
want to walk out your front door well that just gets real aggravating and
turns into blatant disrespect to the individual that has to tote around
the wheelchair the O2 tank the spinal pump the catheters and the colostomy
bags So after 7 months that my entire experience started of with me
having to rely one of the iPhones that I ordered out of pocket (that was a
smooth 800 out of pocket )because both phones were delivered and tossed on
my porch without anyone even bothering to push the door bell or even better
yet put the box on the porch and not the steps on the rain so that by time
I get a tex t that doesn’t say they are there way but that they were here 4
hours ago and my parcel has been in a down pours the entire time with the
dunage and pack caved in so that both phones were damaged one to the point
it did not work at all and I was directed around in circles to the point
they had me let go of the 72 trade in as well as the two week by telling me
a replacement was on its way until we just let every bit of time tick away
simply because we assumed somebody was doing their job. Am I livid over the
thousands of dollar that was just wasted the time I spent dealing with
uncouth and unwilling employees or the dispiriting remarks or plain P pour
attitude I received well you can bet your sweet little SRB bonus that I am
while I am happy that someone finally paid attention to me being bleed dry
I still wonder why I was not asked if o would like some of my money back or
the 800 dollars of incentives that were blown along with the 1200 out of
pocket I had to between comes and bills along with it that would have been
nice. And I did not intentionally call any person at that company a peon I
was saying that I was treated as such and to be honest I was treated a
whole lot worse so any person that wants to claim that I just let all this
happen with no intervention or actions of some sort is wrong if some one
feels I deserved how I was treated up to this point because I have a bad
attitude well guess what I called att and switched when my t mobile
contract was up the employs and the way they conducted business is how I
got the attitude and I still did not belittle them in the manor that I was
in front of my kids even though I very easily could have we even had a
young couple that saw and witnessed how one employee was talking to my wife
while she was trying to pull my spinal pump out of the way so it would work
correctly and stopped us on the way out and asked if we would go back in
and get some sort of official company complaint form because they wanted to
sign as witnessing the incident because they were offended by just having
to hear how the person was addressing us. So any that feels I should be
berated on top of everything else I have had to deal the past 7 months
concerning my wireless plan I would just like to sauythat I don’t think you
would have put up with it as well as I did and if you think you can well
tape your legs together and make some other adjustment so as to be
physically hindered to the point I am and let Me see How you deal with it...

Hello I’m the wife of a veteran, and I do receive the military discount on all three of our device lines. I took my actual military identification to the at&t store, but it has to be done by a manager. She scanned my ID card and I promise you on my next months bill I had my discount showing on all three lines as I was told I would. I’m not quite sure why you had the problems and issues that you did, but I have literally used several carriers... SPRINT, AT&T and Verizon and I have NEVER had any problems with getting my military discounts applied to our bills. I currently also have a Verizon account with 3 lines and I receive a military discount on 2/3 of those lines as well, and I literally followed the same process as I described above that I used at AT&T to get it applied to the Verizon account (took my I’d card to the store, they scanned it and the next months bill had my discount applied to those 2 lines). I truly am sorry that you and some others are encountering the problems you have/are, but try just taking your id to a different store again if you haven’t gotten your discounts applied. Sincerely hope that you get it worked out, because that discount does make a difference on the bill.
