Is there a delay for the Military discount?
Just went through a whole process to change our family plan to my husbands name from my moms to get the military discount. Bill was about $225 with 1 phone installment fees and was going to go down to around $160 with installment fee including a $20 discount for auto pay. First bill $271!!! One “one time” fee of $30 but otherwise more than we were paying before!!! Rep on the phone said military took a month or two to “kick in” but he didn’t sound that sure.
