So, what’s the problem? What have you tried and why is it failing? Is the account owner the military member? Take your military documentation to an ATT corporate store and they will add the discount code to your account.

I signed up at the store for the military discount of 25%, but the customer service rep failed to tell me that I was on the incorrect wireless plan. I even called the 1-800 number and was told by 3 other customer service agents, I have correct FAN # for 25% discount for Military, but still didn't show up. Finally the 4th agent stated I was on the wrong unlimited wireless plan. The loyalty dept changed my package and I started receiving the correct discount amount for the past 3 months. But, as of Sept 2019 bill, the incorrect military discount has been applied to my wireless plan, instead of 25%, only 13% was applied. Then the weird thing is, I downloaded my Sept 2019 bill pdf and when I log into my account now, my current bill for Sept is unavailable. Since the Sept bill shows the discrepancies and At&t Loyalty dept is unable to view that current bill, they advised me to wait until the Sept bill generates online again. Very frustrating, as I've been with At&t for 15 years and all my services are through At&t.
