ATT used to give me a data plan that was 'unlimited'...then , one day, about ...what , 2 years ago? , it switched to this horrible, horrible thing I have now that bizarrely tells me I'm part of a 'group' that apparently is sharing data or something, and when I (inevitably) go over the miniscule 3 gigs of data, it kicks off email and text notifications....I HATE this...yet...

I have been using AT&T since it was once Cingulair. And I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. So I never mind paying a little more to get better service with you my plans. But now my two year contract is up. Like I have done in the past I want trade my phone up and sign up again. However I was told that now I can just trade my old galaxy s3 up and get a disc...

I called techinical support and a couple of the messages said that if I was having internet connection issues, I should go to att.com/ufix. I'm not trying to be a smart aleck, but I'm wondering who decided to have this message recorded. If I'm calling the technical support line because my internet connection is down, why tell me that if I had problems connecting to go to ...

Is AT&T's new business model to push all customers to new companies? Today, I learned what all of my long term AT&T customer friends were telling me is true. As a customer for over 10 years, I will be leaving. This company used to represent fairness and practical ideas. Now they have joined the fray to disable my loyalty. You win. I am leaving.

I signed up for an international plan for travels to the UK. I am in the UK now and have no phone service or texting abilities outside of wifi. I have tried to look for support, but can only find telephone numbers, which doesn't help because my phone service is not working. There is also no way to connect to Live Chat. Very, very frustrating. Can anybody help?

i am trying to cancel free subscription for navigator before they charge me 9.99 a month and i can't seem to be able to without logging in and i can't login or register because i have a pay as you go phone , what do i do ?

I am curious to know what the best way is to add a business line to be answered on my phone I use for my personal use might be. I would need to have unlimited minutes for the business and would need to access my messages etc from my new iPhone 6 which I use for my personal use.
