want to unlock the device
Hello AT&T Team,
I am strugling since many days for unlock my phone.
I have only I-phone and there IMEI no rest of infomation like account no / at&t mobile no / login id / assosiate mail id etc lost.
I am ready to pay all outstanding ammount, can you please help me to unlock the phone by using only IMEI

All phone unlocks must go through the unlock portal - www.att.com/deviceunlock and you apply as a non customer since you have no information on the phone.
The phone will need to be paid off prior to unlock request. It sometimes takes a billing cycle after the pay off for the unlock to be approved.
