transfering my unlimited data plan to a diffrent phone number?

is there a way to do that without losing the unlimited data plan? my aunt doesnt use it often and she was willingly going to give it to me but heres the catch she will give it to me only if she DOES NOT lose the data plan. i really want it and i want to know if there is a way to lets say transfer the data plan from her 'phone number' to my 'phone number' please help me out haha i hope the anwser is yes 😄
