I was looking in usage on my bill, where talk and text logs are. The info for my talk and data usage is there. But none of my texts are showing.. I don't have an I phone, and I'm not a go phone customer. The logs are missing for all of January so far.. Why?

Hello @Henry383051,

 

We update your usage reports as quickly as we can, but sometimes your usage info may be unavailable or delayed. It can take 2 to 5 days for data use to post in myAT&T; therefore, the amounts shown online may not reflect all use since your last bill.
