payment on account for a Promotion ??
On 08-18-2017 my prepaid account shows a payment amount of $5.00 for a Promotion Order# 308545960.
This account is on auto pay, to which I receive a $5 credit each month.
Are these one and the same? I haven't noticed this "payment" prior to 08-18-2017.

It definitely sounds like the credit posted on your account is for the autopay discount. Have you recently tried redeeming any other kind of promotions or offers?
