This is on the web, on a desktop at ATT.com
Log in to your AT&T account, then click here https://www.att.com/my/#/wirelessUsage (or from the MyATT menu click My wireless-> Check usage)
Then choose "Data, text & talk logs"
From there you can sort by charge amount bringing the culprit of charges into view VERY easily.

My phone, for no apparent reason will not lock into my home WiFi Every time I have to go into settings and check on WiFi I can use, and next time I turn it on must do it all again What can I do?

Does it make you type the password too or just click the nextwork name? (I get that sometimes)
Next time you connect, hit the circled "i" and say forget network then see what happens after the next time you type it in...
