My account is past due and I don't want to transfer billing or give my online account info either. (username and password)


How can someone else pay for me?


Can they walk into an att store to pay it?

Can they call?


What information will they need?

We can definitely answer that question for you. In order for someone else to have the ability to make payments for your wireless account at a retail AT&T store, you will need to follow these steps to Add a retail authorized user. Any retail authorized users that you add to your account can manage your account at an AT&T store. Once they have been added as a retail authorized user, they can visit any of our authorized payment locations to Pay your bill in person.
