incoming calls got charged.

lately, i noticed that all the incoming calls got charged even if i don't pick up the phone. i never have this problem before. the duration is always between 7 to 12 seconds according to at&t phone log. it is happening at least once or twice a day. and the caller numbers are random. how can i stop or solve this problem? i am a go phone customer for two years. never had this issue until late last month. please help! i am losing my prepaid amount slowly and surely. i can't find anyone(even the at&t store that i got my plan from) to help me on this yet. in the past if i don't pick up the phone the duration always stays at 0 seconds and i don't get charged for it. not anymore! thanks!

Hi @ihearu,

This is definitely not the type of experience we wish for you to encounter. I would be just as concerned if this happened to me as well. You've come to the right place . Let's make sure you receive the support you deserve.

So we can work together to ensure this is taken care of, can you please send us a private message to @ATTCares with your full name, account number, and the best method of contact. This way, I will be able to research further into this.

I hope to hear from you!
