iPhone Xs Max pre order, no down payment option

When I pre ordered the phone I didn’t have an area to put a down payment. I looked everywhere and figured it was because I was half asleep. Next morning my buddy said he couldn’t put a down payment to lower his monthly cost either. I just went to an AT&T store and they said they couldn’t do anything there and haven’t heard about that kind of problem. I have $600 I’m willing to drop right now to lower my plan but no way of doing it.

Thanks for the post.

We are sorry for the problem with your down payment during the iPhone Xs preorder. We are unable to apply the $600 down payment at this time. However, you can make a payment to pay off an installment balance by:

  1. Choose your device type:
    • From your mobile device, go to Manage device & features.
    • From a tablet or computer, go to your Account overview. Locate the My wireless section and select your device. Then select Manage device & features.
  2. Select See your installment details at the bottom of the page.
  3. Choose Make a plan payment. If you don’t see this option, contact us to pay off your installment balance.
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your installment payoff.

I have an at&t account and was wondering if I could get an iPhone X's Max with out any deposit or anything cause I was told as long as I have an attitude&t account I could get one with no money and no charges to my account
