ATT has no idea you are no longer using your SIM card. It is your responsibility to cancel autopay. If you don’t cancel, you will continue to get charged. ATT generally does not refund prepaid but you definitely won’t get a refund by posting here as this forum is not customer support. You need to contact customer support directly.
