My family plan has five members in it. All of us were charged $500/per person last year on August 3rd. I want to when we can get our deposit back. Thank you.

It's supposed to be a year from the date of the deposit as long as you have not been suspended for non-pay. Has to be 12 consecutive months of service. You can always call 611 to see if a check as heen issued.
