Hi,
I voluntarily converted from my prepaid plan to AT&T post paid.
I went to AT&T store in a Mall and explained that.
A representative said, it is going to be $45 per month with no additional costs.
I asked twice to confirm this and I was told no other charges.
However, when I received the bill I could see additional charges of about $199.
This I never expected from AT&T, they haven't even sent the first month bill which I was expecting $45 + taxes.
If I could have informed, additional charges will be taken, I could have simply left the store and continue with my prepaid plan.
Now I'm totally confused, and trying to reach manager for 3 times in store, but always ended up saying he's not here today!
I left my bill screen shots and print summary to two of their reps, but haven't heard anything back.
Please help me to get rid of this additional charges, I'm willing to pay $45 per month as discussed.

There is not one single plan that is only $45 a month.
The only mention of a $45 plan is the data for single line plan which does not include the line fee of $30 or taxes or phones if you bought one.
What’s on the bill?
what are the charges for?
