Yes, you can be able to review or pay your bill online!
You can check for detailed billing by accessing the myAT&T Portal and enter your user ID and password to view your billing summary.

I'm not sure you gave the correct response. How do I retrieve a "DETAILED" bill?????? I see the summary online and on paper. If I need to see a number that called me how can I view it? There was an option to view all the incoming and outgoing calls. Is this no longer available or should I request my bill to reflect this?

The question was for a detailed bill, not SUMMARY...…...your solution don't work.

The pdf bill no longer contains the call and text logs. You can view or download those separately by going to the usage section.

To view the numbers called and numbers texted, simply perform the following steps:
Also, Star Services are a quick and easy way to check your current usage from your device. Dial star services from your AT&T wireless phone just like you're making a call. We'll text the info to you.
To get data and text balances:
What's more, if certain information is missing, we want to advise that usage reports are updated as quickly as possible. However, there are times your usage info may be unavailable or delayed as it can take 2 to 5 days for data use to post in myAT&T, so amounts shown online may not reflect all use since your last bill.
Wireless roaming use can serve as one of the reasons that info is delayed or unavailable as roaming is based on call records from other carriers which can result in delays that are normally 2-10 days but could be more than 60 days. Some use may display online but be billed during a later bill period.
