Hello @karenjo1111.
Currently we only have a switcher offer available to select zip codes in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City, and the final bill must be submitted within 60 days of the time the number was ported in. Thanks for reaching out for clarification!

If you submitted her phone and ported in her line already, I think you can still submit her phone bill.Nope, see below.The offer ended March 31, except for select cities (what is your zip code and city?), so you can't do a new switch deal on a new line,
but you might have time to complete that one, I'm not sure of the time limit for bill submission. ( @lizdance40,did I get that right?)0

The switch offer required final bill submitting within 60 days of port in, which we are way past.
