On the overview page look on top right for the three horizontal lines. Tap the lines then look for profile. Once in profile settings scroll down to billing & payment options. You can update billing address there.
@Move123 You may need to check your Place of Primary use to make sure this info is correct. I moved from Maryland to Florida and my taxes and fees were reduced.
