bill pay online
I use paygoonline to pay my bill each month. Recently I signed up for multi-line discount. My next bill included a partial dollar amount ($59.33). When I tried to enter this amount the $.33 didn't post, so I had to round up to the next whole dollar. This has happened twice. Appreciate any help.

Hi, @kanphone,
Let's take a look at your prepaid payment method. When you pay through Paygonline, are you clicking on Pay which should autofill the window with the amount owed before taxes and fees or are you entering the amount in manually? Go ahead and try to click on Pay, or, if you like, enroll in Autopay where the amount will be deducted from your card automatically and you'll receive a $5 discount if your monthly plan is $30 or higher.

I'm a new customer to att.net. I would like to pay online. It keeps saying my id is incorrect. Acct# [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]
