Does anyone have experience contacting the FCC regarding unauthorized charges from ATT Wireless or other wireless carriers? Any advice on that process would be much appreciated. I have included a link below to the section of www.FCC.gov where complaints can be filed, but I'd love to hear about anyone's personal experience of going through that or a similar process so I kn...

Hi Att! I am currently deployed and before I left I called and asked to have my phone service suspended for the duration of my deployment. My fellow soldiers have told me setting up this service was free to do and that I would not be billed for the time I spend out of country. My wife and I upgraded on Friday night to iPhone 5s' at Best Buy and before we went through the entire process, I asked multiple times if our bill stays the same since we wouldnt be changing plans. Dear ATT How can it be past due if I haven't received a bill yet? This has been the case for many months. You need to send me a bill then I can pay it. But to charge me for a past due amount is wrong if I never received a bill in the first place. So effective immediately you send me the bill before the due date. Or I will change my provider.

Paid my bill from feb 2015 to prior! Also paid off my phone, service is disconnected saying I haven't paid from jam 25th o? I don't have 240 dollars to deactivate service and don't get paid till Friday! I can't make calls to get it sorted so how do I get this fixed
