    does anyone know if you can put extra money down when adding a new phone using the next plan? If I buy a phone with zero down my monthly installment is 32.50. If I put extra money down will the monthy price decrease. For instance pay an extra 200.00 at sign up and lower the monthy installment to 22.50

    I've been calling since last week to get help with my FAN discount but each time I call I have to wait on hold for more than hour and still not able to speak with somebody. Is there an email I can use to get a hold of someone with customer service?

    I recently added more data to my plan and am being charged 60 extra dollars on top of my 170.00 bill. It's outrageous I have to pay this when I already have service with Att. This is horrible customer service, and unnecessary fees, that I really would rather not pay for just a simple upgrade
