I was billed over $200 on my first bill and I was told by two different agents through chat that this was because I was charged for the first month and the last month of the contract. Hi my bank did not credit my deposit right away and my phone payment was returned nsf. Will At&T resubmit the payment automatically or should i just make another payment.

Customer service is a ridiculous joke. I am very disappointed with AT&T's poor customer relations. After 20 years of loyalty to AT&T, I am actively shopping for a new provider for 3 iPhones and and iPad.
