    Im so completely disappointed in AT&T. As a loyal customer my plan will change if I choose to sign another 2 year contract instead of doing the AT&T next plan.     You want my payment 20% sooner, but you expect me to pay 100% of the bill. Are you kidding me? Do you think that noone besides yourselves knows the time value of money? I didn't ask you to move my billing date sooner. This is a total inconvenience and I would like to continue with my billing date on the 22nd and not the 16th.     On my bill I have 3 outgoing calls that show up as number being called 000-000-0000. Location says blocked. What does this mean? All have had a 8-10 min conversation. These are outgoing only. I have never seen this on my bill before. No extra charges either. Thanks

    I'm in international student and I temporally cancelled AT&T so I would not be billed by the months I was not going to be in the US; yesterday, I called AT&T to have my service reestablished and had US300+ in not paid bill, even though before I left to Brazil and I made sure to temporally cancel it.
