So service is down in my area hibbing mn there saying 1 to 2 days that it will be down. So because I don't have use of my phone to text or call do I get a credit applied to my bill since I can't use it at all?

Received notice that due date will be earlier. I believe this is Against the LAW. Legislation was passed that disallows (a due date), or more specifically a late charge until 30 days!!!! AFTER bill is rendered. Is ATT exempt from this? And if so why? I know ATT has violated other laws lately and been fined or ordered to reimburse customers for doing so. Would hate to see ...

I was told by a customer service rep that AT&T would report to the credit bureaus for my always paying the full amount and on time, yet in the several years I've been a customer, I've seen no such reporting.
