It was expained to me my account with att wireless would be zeroed out since I did cancel my service 16 days early. on 3-26-19 I called in and that was explained i got a bill for 16.85 on April 18th 2019 and att is refusing to honor what was to be expected i went to att prepaid I was not any longer under contract please reply
Don’t know who told you that, but it’s nonsense. You owe for the full last months service. All carriers require that as none prorate.
