at&t is a BIG FRAUD, FOOLING Customers and cheating big time

I'm being cheated by at&t big time. You people are doing fraud and this is torturing me mentally. I'm spending my hours and hours but the customer service is good for nothing. Your sales guys present something, buy something and it actually end up total nonsense.

Without details we have no idea if you just didn’t understand a normal transaction.

My phone number is [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] and all my accounts are tied to this phone
number. for you it'll be normal transaction but I have spent more than 10
hours with your customer service they are never ready to resolve the issue.

My issue is with billing I was told at at&t store that my bill for wireless
two lines will come $80/month including everything but I can it's $215.
That's my concern.

Is this $215 bill every bill or your first bill? If it is your first bill since starting service for 2 lines, there may be no issue other than you not being aware first bills are alway higher because you are paying for more than one month of service and there are other one time fees such as activation fees. If you bought any phones, phone payments would also be extra. That $80 estimate likely only covered your monthly service cost. Unless you provide details of what plan you have and what you are actually being charged for, all we can do is guess but so far nothing you have said indicates any fraud.

That is where the problem is, your sales representatives sell something and
you guys don't know. Every time customers has to explain everything what he
purchased. Your sales representative added everything in the system and
after that she said i have to pay $80/month for two lines. Anyways I will
explain:

1. First line $85
2. Second Line $20
3. TV $10
Total: $115

She said if i buy $35 Direct TV then I'll get $25 credit.
She said if do paperless billing and autopay i will get $10 discount.

So two lines would come to $115-35 = $80

I didn't buy any phone from at&t, I brought my own phone. As a part of
employee discount from Motorola Solutions, she said I don't have to pay
one-time activation charges.

Also I'm using internet from At&T and as a part of that I would get
discount in my internet of $10 because I'm using wireless.

Those discounts will take 2 to 3 billing cycles to take effect.  You also will have taxes and fees that are added to the bill and can be as much as 20 bucks more depending on where you live.  If your bill if for the first month that is why its higher...

Those costs also do not include phone installment plans (if any) and extras such as insurance, etc. Also any unlimited plan quotes are WITH autopay. Which is a $10 discount.

A lot of wrong math....
1. First line $85.
2. Second Line $20
3. TV $10.   ?  Where did this come from?
Total: $115.   After $10 discount for auto pay and paperless.
Your first bill is NOT a single month, and doesn’t include credits YET.
She said if i buy $35 Direct TV NOW streaming service then I'll get $25 credit.  Making the net cost $10 for DirecTV NOW streaming (not satellite).
She said if do paperless billing and autopay i will get $10 discount.  Yes.

So two lines would come to $115-35 = $80.   Wrong math.    You can’t subtract a service you don’t have from the services you do have.
Direct TV NOW is $35, with a $25 discount if you have unlimited data.
There is no discount for combined billing or bundled services.    If you did Auto pay from checking and paperless billing you get a $10 credit.

The plans....  https://www.att.com/plans/unlimited-data-plans.html

First bill is always for more than a single month.  Read the dates on your bill.  This is the case with all TV, internet and cellular postpaid services.

Two lines for $105 (#1 and 2) already includes the $10 autopay discount and $10 for TV already includes the $25 discount, so it’s not $115-$35, you can’t subtract those discounts twice. If someone at the store told you the bill would be $80, sorry but they were wrong. After getting all the discounts (which again may take 2-3 bill cycles), your bill before taxes should be $115 for the two lines and the DirectvNow combined.
