Wrong Long Distance Call billed along with Federal Universal Service Charge

Hi Folks,

I was wrongly billed International Long Distance $422.08 for which I was taxed Federal Universal Service Charge $81.10 on the whole bill, even though I had the World Connect package added on my line. AT&T service agent agreed to credit the $422.08 back in the next billing cycle which they did, but shouldnt they also adjust the $81.10 they charged for Federal Universal Service Charge and credit it to my line?
