Won’t credit payments to my account
So I pay around $300 a month for my wireless services. I have always paid on time. For October I set auto draft for the payment by accident. It returned so I paid the balance, 305 in two different pAyments the next week. That was three weeks ago. I have called four times and no one can tell me why the payment hasn’t been credited. They keep saying that it will be.[Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].
