Wireless billing problems ?
Hello,
My wireless bill indicates that I was charged twice for my IPhone X ( one for $1149 usd as well as installment 2 of 24 ) and there is no way that ATT can correct.
I had to pay off my iphone 7 plus for $363usd and ATT by mistake include the price of the new one $1149usd
So far, I comunicated online 4 times, by phone 4 times, and in stores 2 times and nobody can help me.
They opened a case and made another mistake now and only discounted two installments meaning that I had two iphones X.
Anybody had the same problem and please can tell me what to do?

You are not the first with this complaint. I’ve not seen any resolution. Your best option is to contact the advanced support team by sending a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.

I too have the same problem. I’ve reached out to “advanced support”. No response and no response from the forum support people despite them requesting more info. Left the guy 3 mssgs.
