Víctims Huracane Maria and Irma

I ama victim of hurracanes Irma and Maria. I did not have service for two weeks in september 7 to September 15. I also did not have service September 20 through October 7. Today i do not have full service.  I am suppose to pay my billl with a payment arangment for October 10. I am not going to be able to pay the billl on October 10.  Can I get additional time to pay the ser arangment? I also need a credit for all the days without service.My Direct TV has not work since September 7. I am still without service. I need a credit on my billl for all that time without service. I need your help. My att phone number is ***

The Billing Dept. doesn't monitor this forum.

For billing issues/concerns, please call 800-288-2020 for DTV/AT&T phone and internet; 800-331-0500 for Wireless service.
