Usage text/talk

All week, our bill was showing a few texts and the phone numbers on the usage part of our bill and today they are gone. Why would this happen? Because they were erased? Thank you

I hope your day is going well. If your bill has not reached the closing date on the bill and you erase the texts and the phone number, it will not show any more on myatt. This could also be because you reached the end of your billing cycle, then your new charges will start.

Are you saying that if I delete texts on my phone they won't show up under usage when I check my usage online? Will they show up on the actual bill?

Good Afternoon @nailgirl


Thank you very much for your reply!  The amount of texts for each individual phone number will be on your final bill for the month.  When  you make a phone call, the phone number will still be on the bill.  Midway through the month, the cycle online will reset it in reference to the tracking of texts and phone calls.



Your total of texts, data, and the how many calls were made broken out by phone number will be on your final bill for the month.  This is what you will be able to see after you get the notification your bill is ready for viewing.
