Unused phone already paid for
AT&T won't offer refunds for a line that was paid 40$+ per month for but unused for data/calling/texting? This has been for a good 7 months or so...This is a very unfortunate situation please assist.

You pay for service whether you decide to use it or not. It's not ATT's fault the line wasn't used. It's your responsibility to cancel any line on your account. If you happen to be talking about prepaid service, there are no refunds on prepaid and if you are talking about prepaid, why did you keep refilling the account? Once again, if you had no intention of using it, then quit paying for it.
