Uknown Charges on my bill

Hi, my name is Sarah *** and I am in the United States Navy. I'm currently on deployment right now, and before I left in January, I suspended my account until I return back home. When we pulled into port in Greece, I called AT&T to see what kind of plans there were, for only a few days. I was told I was unable to purchase any of these daily data usage plans since I suspended my account, so I went about my day. They ended up giving me only cell phone service, and no data, which is not what I wanted at all, so I cancelled. I ended up having to pay a 100-ish dollar fee, no problem. I asked them to suspend my account again, and they did. They told me no more charges would be made until I reactivated my phone again. That was almost 2 months ago. I just checked my bank account, which is very hard for me to get on while out to see, only to see that I have a charge from AT&T from March 23rd for 390 dollars. I have no idea what this charge is for, and either way I am getting fed up with them promising me that they suspended my account and wiont charge me, and then they do. My bill is never as high as what I was charged this time.. almost 4 times the amount. Please contact me with a solution to this. My email address is ***

I’d like to start by thanking you for your service!  Here at AT&T we greatly appreciate all you do.  I can definitely understand where you’re coming from.  Seeing an unknown charge on your bill would raise some flags with me also, so I’d love to help figure this out.
