Hi,
I have a family plan in AT&T and the account is under my name. Recently, I need to work in other place so that I plan to transfer the whole family plan to one of my member. I don't quite understand how to do this financial responsibility transfer. I tried the online transfer and it seems only one phone number can be transfered instead of the whole family plan.
Any suggestion? Thank you

To transfer the entire account, you will need to do that in person at the store and the person assuming the account will need to go with you. It's called an Assumption of Liability and the new account holder will need to go through a credit check in order to assume the account.
