Suspension to Termination Time-frame

My service was recently suspended for non-payment due to losing my job. I've since found new employment and will be making payment ASAP. However, I just received a notice that if I don't make payment promptly my service will be canceled; (number lost, reactivation fee required, etc.) However, there is no specified date as to when this will occur. My inquiry is: How long after suspension will service be terminated?

THANK YOU.

Hello @ROB4GOODS,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and Forums.  I have some information I would like to share with you about cut off dates and suspensions.

When customer’s account is suspended for non-payment, after they receive the message for cut-off date normally will have 15-45 days (dependent on cycle close date).

I hope this information helps you out, have a good day!
