Someone else's account is set up with my email.

To Whom It May Concern:

Last month I started getting monthly notifications of a strange person's wireless account on one of my email accounts.

This is a monthly auto payment receipt email for someone named, CHRISTY, with various details on her account.

I tried to speak with a customer representative on the phone, and they were not helpful or able to remove my email from the notifications on this other person's account. I am assuming it was a typographical error in data entry.

I have just received a second month's notification, and I would prefer to not be receiving someone else's email, but there doesn't appear to be somewhere to report and have my concerns understood.

Unfortunately, there is nothing ATT will do about it and nothing you can do other than contact that person directly if the email contains their phone number. It is up to the account owner to correct the email address. All you can do is ignore them.
