So called 'restoral fee'

I have had my service suspended one time and had to manually call and make payment to have it restored. Ever since that date each new bill has another $45 restoral fee when my services were never suspended. I just spoke with an agent who said they were suspended on November 28 and I look at my pay history and I paid November 27 I just spoke with an agent who said they were suspended on November 28 and I look at my pay history and I paid November 27 soo?? Am I missing something!??!! I am aware that making a late payment is not ideal but to not have my services ended yet continually be charge for restoral fees that I have no proof of is making me crazy!! $161 a month is beyond ridiculous!

Instead of playing "suspension roulette" with the automated system, make your payment so that it posts to ATT before your due date.  Or call in your payment on time.

I don't know how you are making your payments, but it may not be received by ATT the same day.
