Service suspended

Hello. My service is suspended and I was wondering can I pay the past due balance to restore my service or do I have to pay the full balance due on the account in order to restore??

I see you are having some issues with a past due balance. I would be more than happy to assist you with this today!

 

If and account has fallen into a past due balance where the phone lines have been suspended, you will need to pay the full balance to have services restored.  Payments can be made at your local store, and also online via your myAT&T account.
