My service has been suspended due to a past due balance. I got a call stating my account could be terminated if I do not pay but did not state when that would occur so I want to know how long can my account be suspended before they terminate it. Haveing that information is helpful as I want to get my service turned back on but am short on funds due to unemployment.

Unfortunately, there is no specific time frame that we can give you. The best thing to do is to contact AT&T's customer care at 1-800-331-0500 or by Chat to discuss your options.
