Big thank you to Paul G customer service. Was on the phone with this man approximately 1 hour and he was professional, courteous, and got our bill figured out and lowered. Immediately following conversation with At&t, called Cox Communications and POOR customer service. Requested supervisor and the agent argued with me. Thank you At&t for such a pleasant experience!!
