Refund for services

We would like our refund of 33.00 dollars charged to my account because we were unable to use the services due to a broken cell phone.

Sorry, you won’t be getting a refund. The equipment to use the service, in other words the phone, is your responsibility. It’s not ATT’s fault you couldn’t use the service, they still provided it.

Also, this is a peer-to-peer forum and while AT&T does have a team that is present on the forums, they aren't actively monitoring the forums 24/7.  You might be lucky of ATTCares responds, but to see if you can even get a refund, you should try calling customer service first.

You can replace your phone for as little as $40 off the prepiad rack.    There is no refund on prepiad.  It’s up to the customer to bring a compatible, working phone.
