Question about billing

I just recently got a post paid service plan at AT&T and I was told in store that my bill would be about 84.41, but I just received the bill and almost had a heart attack, my bill is 148.41. This is my first bill with AT&T and I was not expecting something this high. Could it be possible that this is just a one time high bill or could it be my actual bill for my plan every month? If it is going to be that high every month, I will not be able to keep this plan since I go to school and have a baby on the way.
