Prepaid, double charged during error on ATT website.

Pre-Paid plan, USA. 

 

Double charged during error while making online payment. 

None of the payments even got loaded onto the card.  I only want one payment to go through.

 

Apparently customer service via phone and chat are not available.

 

Here is the error on balance screen 

Error!

 

We are currently experiencing an issue processing payments. Please try your request again later. No other services are impacted.

I have a bad feeling this is going to happen to me.   Tried the worthless pre-paid site and it errored out on the first card(waited a bit and no money went towards my balance) and like an eejot tried a different card and the same thing.  Went online and see both cards have 'pending' so if they go through I am calling both CC numbers and immediately asking for a refund.   Pretty low down to state the card payment was not accepted yet shows it pending on your credit card statement.  Ended up using the 611 number.   I also tried the prompt they put you through when you get the low balance warning on a call but all that got me was a disconnect.   Me thinks it is time to change providers.
