Poor Chat Experience regarding Billing

I just want to post that I had a very poor experience with one of the chat agents - Liezel D.  If you get this person via chat support, you may want to close the chat and open another in hopes of getting a better agent.

 

My chat with Liezel was regarding a billing issue.  I had to explain the issue multiple times to Liezel and Liezel still never seemed to understand it.  In the end, I was assured by Liezel that the issue would be resolved in one hour...but it was not...and still is not.

 

Trying chat support again this afternoon to get this resolved...fingers crossed!
