I need call log history from September 2016 to December 2016

so call them and ask for it, they charge 5 dollars per month for call records

Don’t bother calling. The bill reprints only contain billing information, not the detailed usage logs. You can only get call logs for the last 16 months.

@sandblaster  is correct.  Bill reprints are billing only, not usage.  The only usage is the 16 months in your online account.
