Payoff last $24.00 of two iPhones
We purchased two iPhone 8+ phones from the AT&T store and bought them outright. However, the sales person said we could pay all but the $24.00 and had to pay off that final $24.00 at $1.00 per month for 24 months. What kind of racket is this and how can we pay of the final $24.00 with one payment?

Hi! You can call customer service from your cellphone and they can make an express payment inmediately. Have a nice day!

A 24 month installment plan for $1/month? I’ve never heard of such a thing but if they really did that, it is probably against ATT’s rules. Was this an authorized retailer? I’m sure they did it to get a commission or something like that. Anyway, you can pay off the balance through your online account once the installment plan shows up on each line.

Did you use a BOGO promotion? If so, it’s required to buy the phones with installments to get credits on the “free” phone.
