I stole with a manager by phone today and she told me on a recorded line that if I paid my past due my service will be connected it's still not on how long does that normally take

We're happy to help! When you services are restored, our system sends the signal to your device automatically. If you are not able to use your phone, please be sure to complete a reboot.

Onc3 suspended, You need to pay all amounts to a zero balance, to restore service.
