Why did you charge me after my payment arrangement?
I had a pay arrangement for april 30. I paid it early on april 25. Why did yall attempt to take the payment out again on april 30. Didnt yall see i had already paid it?

Sounds like you set up an automatic payment with your payment arrangement. If you set up an automatic payment you need to cancel that in order to not have it come out.

“We’all“. Are other customers and did no such thing. The computer will do as programmed. Which as @Anonymous wrote, you has set to auto pay your full bill.
