Order in pending state, cancelling it affects BOGO deal
I'm a new customer and am having an issue with an order I placed online have been given several different responses. I order on the 14th to take advantage of the BOGO promo for the iPhone 7. Then, when I tried to cancel so I could order it in the store on the last day of the sale, I was told I couldn't due to a system error.

I see you tried to cancel an order on the last day of the offer. This can cause some difficulty as it does take some time to reset your account, which can cause you to miss out on this opportunity. If this is the case we might have a work around.
