One bright light

Trust me when I say , I have not been very satisfied with ATT's customer service. Once again I had to call. That's when I got the customer service representative LaKeisha. She a huge "bright light" in this mess of representative I have dealt with. I can not express how helpful, knowledgeable & pleasant she was. I wanted to give her the acknowledgment she deserve for her outstanding assistance. Thanks again for your help. She should set the standard for ATT
