Newgistics

Guys beware, if you have to return a package to att. Do not do it!!!! It will be headaches after headaches. I purchased an iPhone 7 plus through att and when they shipped it, it was the iPhone 7. When I called, they realized it was their mistake and told me to ship it back to them with the return label provided. And I did the next day. That was back in October 14 2016. Now it has been 4 months now, I never received my credit for the tax that I paid on the phone. And now they want to charge me for a phone that I don't have. Mind you I have proof that I returned the phone. And the tracking number through newgistics implied that they received it. First they were telling me that I never returned my phone. Now they are telling me that I returned the wrong device. They are lying to me and want me to pay for a phone that I don't have. Four months!!! Not a phone call to tell me of any issues. I want answers and i want them now. This is so frustrating!!! I have my receipt and I have the tracking number. The reps are being rude to me for 12 years of loyalty. This is what I deserve.

Yes I do the tracking number said that they received it since October 19. At first they told me they never received it and now saying I sent wrong device. I don't understand what's going on.

@Nickj21 Send a message to @ATTMobilityCare and tell them about it.

My tip: Be super nice. Don't use words like lying or sarcasm, use words like please & help.

Don't make they want to not help you, the person getting your message didn't do this to you.

To the comment on you sent the wrong device, then they need to supply photos of the wrong device. On the downside, you're proof is really that you just mailed a package, not what was in it.

You are right. I let frustration gets the best of me but I apologize. We have a family plan and that's only way of communication and I know I returned the phone I'm sure of it. But I do apologize

It is now 16 days since I sent back the phone via the usps smart label. It literally took 12 days for Newgistics to pick up the phone from the post office. Then it went to Hebron, ky them to grapevine, Tx on its way to what I thought was the end destination ...Fort Worth Texas. Now the tracking number says it was delivered to Fort Worth and was immediately routed back to Grapevine, Ky which is only about 20 miles away????  It's been that way since the 17th. Where is the end destination for this phone and how much longer before I get my refund on my credit card? Until this happens I can’t order the replacement iPhone I was trying to order under the exchange policy.

Hello again @jmeade,

I was able to review your account further and I am seeing we have received your device as of 08/21/17 and the refund was submitted. I would just like to let you know this refund will be credited back to the card used for purchase. Everything looks good on your line now. You can go ahead and process the order for the new iPhone you want.

If you need anything else please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you!
